Back pain responds to massage therapy better than thought.

I have always thought that massage for back pain was underated. OK it doesn’t always help the most severe cases, but I have personally found that episodes of niggly, chronic back pain respond well to massage done properly.

This now seems to be borne out in an article on abcnews.go.com. Researchers at the Group Health Research Institute, based in Seattle, used a total of 401 chronic low back pain sufferers in a new study.
